O.C.A.R.E. and Official Subcommittees hold regular quarterly meetings on the 1st Thursday of January, April, July and October at the 86 Hwy 11, Booneville KY (in the Action Team Complex) starting at 5:30 p.m. These meetings are open to the public.

"The Kentucky Arts Council, the state arts agency, provides operating support to Owsley County Alliance for Recreation and Entertainment with state tax dollars and federal funding from the National Endowment for the Arts."
